Hand Treatment of the Surgeon
Training the surgeon's hands plays a special role in the prevention of wound infection. The surgeon should avoid the contamination of the hands, carefully monitor the skin condition, with the appearance of microtraumas (cracks), the skin is treated with special creams, oil solutions (glycerin, ammonia, etc.).
There are many different methods of treating the hands of the surgeon. Various methods can be divided into three groups:
